I will be moving out of my current apartment. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease ends in August 2026. Apartment is located in Durham, in the RTP area, 7 mins from southpoint

About the space: The apartment is the "Rougemont" floor plan, it is a 1084 sq ft, open floor plan, with a townhouse style entrance. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom, the apartment will be shared with a 23 year old male professional, Kunle, and Sarabi the cat, his ESA. Rent is $737 before fees and utilities. After including fees, utilities and internet, cost is around $840 a month.

All the furniture you see in the living room photos is Kunle's, so you will be moving into a furnished living space including a couches, a living room tv with tv stand, and a kitchen table with four chairs. The furniture in the bedroom is mine and will be gone, before you move in. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, and refrigerator.
