Looking for lovely roomies!

The room available is in a cozy bungalow-style house, the household is made up of three young adults. The house has in-unit laundry, utilities included, rent is $650 and wifi is around $25-30 so the total monthly cost is about $675-680.
A No Frills is across the street and there are four bus stops directly in front of the house that goes to either Victoria Park Station, Coxwell, Main Street, or Warden.
There is a Walmart, home-depot and larger shopping area 10min transit away.
It is close to Danforth so there is some nice cafes and local businesses around the area!

Has a decent backyard, is very nice in the summer, a big tree that provides good shade.
Small garden space for any green thumbs!

There is parking but it is not available during weekends.
