Room for Rent in Williamsburg!

Hey guys!
We have a room available for FEBRUARY 1st in our 5-bed, 2-bath apartment in Williamsburg (off the Graham L-stop).
The apartment features central A/C, an incredible finished rooftop with grills (perfect for summer cookouts and parties, which we love to host), and laundry in the basement (sadly quarters are not included). It's a 5 minute walk from McCarren Park, 7 minute walk from the Graham L stop, and a 10 minute walk from Union Pool! Also 10 minutes from the Nassau G stop.

Roomie qualities:
1. Social/outgoing/friendly. We like to host parties and have friends over so we would love someone who also enjoys that vibe!
2. No pets or couples
3. Cleanliness is key! We don't need OCD-levels, but we would prefer to not have dishes piling up in the sink.
