Hi! My name is JP Ferrel and I'm looking for a roommate to share a new apartment with in the next couple months. I'm looking to live on the lower east side or lower west side in Manhattan. Preferably East Village, but I'm open to other places in the area. When it comes to hobbies, I'm a very social person. I like to go out on weekends and go to fun events. I also enjoy playing sports and going to the gym, particularly basketball, and when I have the time I do enjoy playing video games, or binging tv shows and movies. Part of the reason I am looking for a roommate is to have someone to do things with as I'm new to the area and only have a few friends that live in the city, but I'm also capable of doing my own thing. I also tend to be a bit of a night owl. Let me know if you would be interested in rooming!
