Available Room for Rent

Room for Rent 850

Hi,
Currently looking for a roomate for a room available to rent (unfurnished).The house is located in Bellaire Tx, it is 15 minute drive to midtown and 18 minute drive to Washington.
Rent: $850 plus light bill split.
Deposit: $500
Minimum 5 month commitment.

Looking for:
( Male roomate between ages 25-35)
Preferably a professional who works 9-5pm

Simple rules:
1. Pay rent and utilities on time
2. No shoes in the house.
3. Clean up after yourself.No dirty dishes.
4. No cooking allowed in the kitchen unless it is a light scented meal. ( not a big fan of lingering food aroma)
4. Respectful and considerate.. (do not touch what is is not yours, food ..etc)
5. No pets please.

-Guest are allowed , you can do whatever you’d like in your room but no guest in the living room.
