Spanish style home to share. I have a very nice home that I am planning to share. Whoever rents will get two of the bedrooms and a bathroom of their own in their own private suite that can be closed off to the rest of the house. It has its own private back entrance. We would share a beautiful remodeled kitchen dining area laundry and a big backyard. It could come fully furnished or if you prefer to bring your own furniture it can be emptied out. The backyard is a nice place to entertain for barbecue or a glass of wine. I am a light drinker yeah I prefer someone who Likes to have fun but is not into throwing parties or having groups of people over. That would not work out. This would be more for small group Entertaining at most.
