Incredible space that I am turning from 3BR to a 2 and I am looking for a cool, easy and tidy roommate that likes their personal space but also doesn’t mind hanging out sometimes too. Loads of space and light and a great area.

The place is a newly refurbished building, second floor walk up. About a 3 min walk away from L and M train, situated between a coffee shop and bar. Blink fitness gym across the street. Laundry mat on the same block as well. Billy’s Market grocery store 4 min walk away as well. Loads of natural light in the apartment. Fully furnished spacious dinning room and living room with good taste. Does need some plants! The kitchen has everything we’ll need and more, including a dishwasher.
