1B1B large room for rent in 2B2.5B Kirkland Apartment Townhouse

Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate, ideally in their 20s or early 30s, to share a 2B2.5B Apartment Townhouse in North Rose Hill, Kirkland, near the Totem Lake Mall. The community is **Aspen Creek Apartments**. The lease term is eight months, from late October to late June next year. This is a renewal lease and my previous roommate has already moved out, so the room is readily available.

The room for rent is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with west-facing windows, so there is abundant light in the room. There's skylight in the bathroom as shown in the pictures. You can use the queen-size bed + mattress + waterproof mattress protector, the large sit-stand desk and the office chair in the room for free. The living room is already furnished with some basic furniture shown in the pictures and I'm willing to share my full kitchen utensils and condiments. There's in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Looking for $1550/month for the 1B1B, and equally split the utilities + internet (about $150-200/month per person). Need an additional ~$280 one-time application fee to get your name on the lease. Free Parking.

I'm a 25F IT professional working in downtown Bellevue, and I do have a cat : ) I don't mind another cat in the house (must be strictly indoor and spayed/neutered), but no dog plz.

I go to the office four/five days a week, and occasionally WFH, so you can enjoy the townhouse by yourself most time of the day. I occasionally cook on weekday nights or weekends, not vegan/vegetarian, mostly Chinese cuisine.

No drugs, weed, vaping or smoking in the house please. The vinyl flooring and carpet were replaced when I moved in Feb 2021, so I hope you can take off your shoes when stepping on the carpet as my previous roommate and I have been doing.
