I am looking for a co-applicant for an apartment I have applied to in Astoria. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and a separate office space. I am looking for a roomie who would want to rent the bedroom+office for $1400/month. The apartment is on the second floor of a private house, very spacious and will be re-painted a soft white for us. More pics in my ad.

A little about me: I work as a psychotherapist at Bronx Criminal Court and go to work Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm. I work remotely on Fridays but will most likely not be home. I am usually out on weekends to bike/explore/eat/drink. I am an ambivert and like having a friendly relationship with my roomie, my ideal scenario is we have our own lives but catch up in the living room with a bottle of wine! I am also very very clean and my home tends to be spotless! I have an adorable cat who keeps to herself and I keep very very clean after her.

I am already approved for the apartment, already submitted the security deposit, just need a co-applicant. Landlord wants Employer Letter, Pay Stubs, Bank Statement, and Credit Report. There is a security deposit and a broker fee that we would split evenly.
