Hi! I am looking for a roommate who is needing month-to-month or short-term housing. I am a personal assistant downtown and bartend part-time most nights with doubles on the weekends. In my free time, I enjoy reading and relaxing, going out occasionally, hiking, working out, shopping, going to the lake, and pretty much anything active and outdoors. I get along with just about anyone, as long as you're clean and respectable. I am have set goals and take my work seriously, so I would love to have a roommate with similar values. I enjoy cooking occasionally (when I'm actually home) and love a wine/movie night!

Short or long term available. Minimum stay is only 60 days! Fully Furnished in West Nash. Private bath
Utilities included! One bedroom for rent with your own bathroom/sink. The shower is shared; in its own room, between both bathrooms. Cozy living room is decorated and furnished with the necessities so you don't have to bring your own. Convenient! I have a nice working space setup in the living room that can be your's to use. Washer and dryer in unit! You are free to use whatever is in the home, as long as you're respectable and replace things with common-sense. I am a clean and organized individual, so I would like a roommate with the same qualities. My apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are two pools on-site and a workout facility. I'm not home that much so you'll definitely have some privacy.
I work downtown and it takes me about 15 minutes to get there! Location is prime; close to Target, Trader Joes, Publix, Walmart, etc. There are plenty of places to dine and shop around the area, otherwise everything's about a 15 minute drive give or take.
