Available Room for Rent

Roommate needed ASAP!

Hi! I’m a 19 year old female living with 2 other females (21 and 23) and our lease is up June 22nd. We’re looking for a fourth roommate to sign for our next apartment with! We have an apartment complex already in mind that’s located in the north austin arboretum area! As we’re all female we would love for our next roommate to also be female! The rent should be $435 each based on the pricing we were given! We do have a dog, but he’s super friendly and we make sure he doesn’t leave any mess! Also, since it is 2 bedrooms there will have to be 2 to each room! None of us are disorganized or messy and we make sure to clean up after ourselves. It is super last minute, we know but we’re desperate! Thank you! :)
