1. Two other roommates that keep a quiet, tidy home and value open communication. Neither of us drink. One roommate works a lot and is almost never there. Monthly cleaning service for main areas of house which is included in rent. No smoking indoors and I’m sorry no pets as someone has really bad allergies :/
