I’m looking for a considerate, tidy roommate (ideally female or female-identifying) to share a bright 2 bed / 2 bath corner condo with lots of natural light, lake + city views, and a wrap-around balcony.
The space:
• Approx. 799 sq ft interior + 200 sq ft balcony
• Your bedroom dimensions are 9×9 and it has a proper door and window (not a den sliding door)
• Your own bathroom
• Unfurnished room, but I’ll be furnishing the living room (cream/beige couch or sectional, bar stools, plants etc) at no cost to you
