Quiet, homebody, lover of books, music and movies, type B personality. Long distance runner, weekend couch enthusiast, enjoy walking or running around Boston. I keep my own company and I enjoy it that way. The type to "leave dishes in the sink for a few hours but never overnight" Early morning riser, not much fun past 10 pm, I don't drink or smoke. I keep my spaces with a lived in look, not clean but not a slob either. I don't mind a little clutter.
You don't have to live as quietly as I do, however I work full time, I don't expect lots of friends/noise and activity after 10pm Monday through Thursday. :)
I believe in the use of headphones or earbuds to keep everyone happy. I work from home, full time, typical 9--5. The apartment is $2150, however I am willing to pay more due to having the larger room.

Medium sized room available in a nice apartment, all hard wood floors. Small back porch. Laundry room/facility on site. The room gets a lot of sunlight, and has two good sized windows in it. One closet in the room. There is a larger closet in the front hall that is a shared closet, although I am willing to negotiate that space if you need more room, as I have the larger bedroom.
The kitchen is on the smaller side but with a good sized pantry and lots of shelving.
I work from home at my desk in the living room, but otherwise its a nice large shared space.
The main front door has a buzzer, haven't had any safety issues, also its a nice neighborhood, lots of green spaces nearby.
The photos show a slightly furnished music room, and a closet with items still inside. Everything will be cleared out, the grey "tile looking" floor is just a sound proof covering that will be taken back up before you move in. Underneath is shiny hardwood floors. Anything that you see in the photos will be removed before move in. Room is big enough for a bed, small desk or shelving or dresser.
Also the previous RM had a car, if you have a car there should be a parking space for you in the lot. I will have to check into that, but it should belong to the apartment.
