Looking for a Chill Roommate - ALL BILLS INCLUDED !

Shadow glen community includes access to a 24 hour GYM + beautiful pool (both 2 blocks away!), many community events like book clubs, yoga, food truck, events, walking/biking trails with ponds and exercise circuits, less than 10 min drive or you could walk or bike to HEB, Home Depot, restaurants, gas stations stores, bars etc..

The room is large, queen pictured fits well but king would be a squeeze, walk in closet, bathroom unattached but private, with tub. Internet, electric, heat, water etc.. all included as well as access to communal NETFLIX, HBO, and other TV apps. Parking is driveway - off street, we could accommodate some extra storage space in attic or garage if needed for a bicycle or smaller sundries, but the closet in the room is quite large. Back Yard has direct access to the walking/bike trail, we have a BBQ + Smoker and Hot tub private here in the back yard. We have small dogs ( weenies ) but they are well behaved and very loving, they have a dog door so wont bother you to let them in and out... we really prefer not to add any animals to the mix as its typically become complicated. This room could be furnished if you wish for no extra cost - we have a cheapie amazon full size bed frame and mattress and TV could be provided as well, just FYI if needed can accommodate.

"We" listed above is me and my cousin, we co-own the property, but he is the only one living on site, he is a 50 yr old male, employed in the bar/music scene downtown Austin but he prefers to keep the party at work, so house is typically pretty quiet and he sleeps most of the day. I am a 40 yr old female in the Med-Spa industry (can get u a discount on services just lmk!) and often visit the property 1-2 a month to check up on things and help around the house but I don't live there so you would only be living with him. He enjoys funny shows, and snuggling on the couch with his dogs, steaks on the BBQ and Dr. Pepper! He is drug free and doesn't really drink but sometimes will have a wine or such if he has company, he prefers someone low key and mature like him.
