Shared hangout spaces: library-theme living room, basement den with TV/board games/karaoke/musical instruments

Parking: plenty on the street, with the option to share use of the carport and garage for loading/unloading/bad weather, etc.

I have a package locker and front doorbell camera to prevent package thefts. I go into the office most days, so the house is perfect for a remote worker or student.
