We’re Jonathan and Tiffany, a responsible and easy going couple in our mid-30s looking for a new place to call home. Looking around the Carlsbad (or Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas) area with very flexible move in date. We’ve both been working to support ourselves since we were teens, pay rent on time, and take pride in caring for our space.

In our free time we love hiking, swimming, or working on something creative. We enjoy projects that keep our hands busy and our minds relaxed. We’re 420-friendly but don’t partake, and we are not into drinking. We really value a peaceful, respectful environment.

We’re open to different setups — whether that’s a private place or a room in a more shared community, or we’re even open to work for trade / farming / WWOOFing type situations. (Please, no more sex exchange offers).

We share our life with Siesta, Tiffany’s registered psychiatric service dog. Her official task is “pressure therapy” lol yes, cuddling. With this certification, under CA law, landlords cannot charge pet rent or deposit, so no worries about that affecting your existing lease! She's a Maltipoo, which is a hypoallergenic breed known for minimal to zero shedding or irritating dander. She’s as calm and gentle as her name suggests —a well behaved companion who loves naps and sunshine. She gets along with other animals; dogs as well as cats. (Even befriended a turtle before!)
