ABOUT BEBOP

Bebop is a community-oriented co-living house in the heart of Fort Greene, built around intentional living, connection, and mutual support. Life here runs on a few simple principles: open communication, abundance (sharing knowledge, time, and resources), and a “doocracy” spirit where housemates take initiative to make the home better.

The house is designed to make community easy: we have a full food share with a stocked kitchen and shared meals, regular happy hours, dinner parties, and creative gatherings. It’s an easy place to plug into a warm community without it feeling demanding — contribute when you can, ask for help when you need it, and enjoy living with people who genuinely look out for one another.

PRICING

- Rent: $3,641/month for a 12-month lease
- Community dues: $330/month (covers utilities, internet, 2x/month cleaning & essential supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, etc)
- Security deposit: $2,000
