-Tegan is a 7 year old, deaf, 48 lb, blue heeler mix who already loves you. She's sweet, energetic but often sleeping and she wants your snack. Her pack mate, Lobster the German Shepard mix, comes to play in the backyard often.
-Not a big party gal but I host a date/friend one to two times a week.
-420 friendly
-I clean the whole place weekly, the kitchen is cleaned daily if used. I sweep and vacuum a couple times a week to avoid dog hair tumbleweeds.
-Vaxed and boosted. Moderate Covid precautions.

Dog loving Flat mate Needed
ISO flat mate to take over the remainder of my roommate’s lease from November through March 2023, with the option to sign for another year in April 2023. Rent is $850. Utilities (internet, gas, electric) run about $75 per person. Garage spot available for $150/mo. Move in can happen any time after Oct 28th.
-1st floor of a 2 flat, up 10 porch steps, huge windows, grassy fenced yard with classy seating area, easy street parking, front porch
-Bedroom is 10' x 8' 11", with a closet. Fits queen bed, desk and dresser but comes unfurnished.
-In unit W/D, central air, huge kitchen with good stove, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, indoor and outdoor locked storage, garage for bikes
-.5 mile to Jewel, .5 mile to Target, 2 blocks to Walgreens and 7-11, 2 blocks to the Irving Park bus, 1 mile to the Addison Blue, 1.2 miles to the Kedzie Brown, 2 minute drive to the Belmont Kennedy entrance
-Cats negotiable with a $25/mo pet rent, a dog lives here who will love them in excess. Landlord only allows one dog per unit so we can only accept cats as new roommates.
Quiet neighborhood, with an elementary school at the other end of the block. Good dive bars within a couple blocks and many restaurants. Local queers are visible with flags and signs, nice neighbors who will talk to you about flowers or socialism. 3 units in the building, all mid 30’s and friendly with dogs on every floor.
