Chase - $1,250/month

I am very clean, respectful, and quiet. I hope to find someone else who is too.
I work days and/or evenings (restaurants and events). Nothing crazy, but I stay busy with work.
I enjoy working out, cooking, relaxing by the pool, meeting friends out for a bite to eat, etc.
If I ever have someone over, it is for a glass of wine on the balcony, or maybe to cook dinner, watch a movie, or they are stopping in before heading out... no parties or anything. (Honestly it is very rare but would like someone who would be ok if I did company).
I enjoy keeping a clean and well maintained/ nicely decorated home. A peaceful, stress-free/ drama-free, environment to relax in when I come home from work.
