Hi all,

I'm looking for a new roommate for a large 2 bed/1 bath flex on the Upper East Side (77th and 1st) as my current roommate has to move due to a new job. The current lease term ends 7/31. Message me if interested and we can schedule a time to chat / tour the place if you'd like.

- ~700 sq. ft 2 bed/1 bath flex (see pictures)
- True bedroom (~130 sq. ft) is $2085 has south-facing windows and gets great natural light, ample space for a queen bed and desk with room to spare, 2 closets
- Standard kitchen appliances, large common living and dining spaces
- Utilities are ~$100 a month total per person
- Live-in super, laundry in-building
- 2nd floor apt in a post-war 12-story elevator building
- ~7-8 min walk from the 6 and the Q

About me:
I'm 24 years old and work in finance on a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days/week), originally from New Jersey. I'm friendly and responsible with cleaning/chores and don't mind if you have people over as long as it doesn't get too loud or messy.
