This is a warm, happy and kind house. I am pretty social (although I enjoy time by myself, too) and I love sharing space and time with other people! I am vegan and this is a vegetarian house, so plant-based and veggie folks will feel totally comfortable here! No meat eaters, please.
Although I definitely like to have fun, I'm pretty quiet when I'm home and I like to keep a pretty relaxed, low-key household. I LOVE to clean, so the shared spaces are not always spotless but it's all pretty tidy.
I am really mindful of limiting my outings because of covid and I always wear a mask and try to physically distance whenever possible. I do have a VERY small covid bubble of friends with whom I am maskless but I always want everyone who lives here to feel safe to be maskless at home. That's really important to me. So, if you're like one of my neighbors, who thinks covid is a hoax, all due respect but you're not welcome here.
The house has an open kitchen and a pantry, a cozy living room and a TV room on the back of the house. I don't have cable but I have a small TV and Roku that everyone is welcome to use. There is a washer and a dryer at your disposal and the full bathroom on the main floor (which you will share with one other roommate and me) is right across from your room. The backyard is fenced in and has a storage/rec garage building where I keep a ping pong table, my weights and bikes.
