I will be moving to the East Coast and I'm looking for someone to rent out my bedroom in a SoMa apartment until August with the ability to renew the lease if you wish. The LSeven apartment complex is in a great location on the corner of Harrison and 8th, only 0.5 miles from BART. It comes with apartment lounge and conference rooms, 24 hour access gym, and rooftop fire pit, seating, and game area.
I live with two females, professional and student, in their early 20's. we generally keep to ourselves due to schedules, however, we are comfortable chatting and sharing the kitchen, seating area, and in-unit washer and dryer. Utilities are about $65 a month. You will have your own room with floor to ceiling windows, walk in closet, and shared bathroom with one other roommate.
