Seeking for a roommate

I’m looking for someone to move in by the end of April. It’s a 2 bedroom condo upstairs unit in a very quiet neighborhood. The location is on Buffalo and Alta which is adjacent to Summerlin and is a central location to everything you need.

What I require in a roommate:
-I would like someone my age as I want to build a friendship with the next roommate that I have.
-No kids, no pets, no smoking. I typically don’t party that much but every once in a while I do so it’s okay with me.
-Someone who is neat and tidy. I work a full-time job so I don’t always get to it but for the most part I’m clean and very organized. Especially when I have guests over.
-You must be approved by property manager as well.
