I am a forensic psychology major and will be going for my masters
I am very neat and personable
will not make a mess when making food as well as my room will be clean
I am a great cook and am willing to cook for both of us
if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend I am definitely okay with you having them over whenever you want.

I usually will go to Jersey often to see my girlfriend so you may have the apartment to yourself often

if you are worried about getting furniture or thing like that I already live out here and have most of that covered for the two of us.

definitely open-minded on any topic that comes up when it comes to getting an apartment
but I would definitely prefer to have a bedroom to my self so that I am able to relax and or study
