My current roommate is moving and I am now taking her room so that leaves my room up for grabs. Fits a queen size bed and has a big closet. Unfortunately, because the room is in the middle of both other rooms it does not have a window leading outside bc brownstones only have windows in the front and back of building. However** room has a built in A/C + Fan Unit! and Ceiling fan for ventilation and its a pretty big room. All rooms are upstairs, downstairs is the living room/kitchen and the half bathroom. No couples please.

We will need someone to move in by the 1st of June. Only thing needed is a security deposit of $900 ASAP and then on June 1st the $830 for the month. You will be replacing my roommate on a sublet agreement that ends on November 31st 2019. With the option to renew for a 6 month or year lease. Must be okay with gays and 420 :)... Doubt you'll find a 2 story brownstone in the heart of Bushwick for only $830 a month with amenities! HMU.

10min walk from the J, Z, M, L trains and Food Bazaar, B60 bus is a 3 min walk! Also, CBD coffee shop at the corner of our block :) as well as a bunch of delis. Great neighborhood, never any trouble. I have a personal car and parking is very easy
