Hi! I am a 23 year old professional working in the insurance industry. I work 3 days in the office in midtown and 2 days virtually from home. I like to workout and cook in the evenings. I don’t stay up super late on the week nights but it doesn’t bother me if you are a night owl. I have a boyfriend who lives in the city too and would likely stay over sometimes (he is very considerate of other peoples spaces). I also enjoy having friends over as well on the weekends sometimes. I am a relatively clean person but mainly just want the apartment to be in order (nothing crazy). I would love to be friends but am also open to just coexisting peacefully! I would say I’m a pretty chill and easy to get along with person. I am hoping to move in by december.
