The apartment is a newly renovated building on a very safe block in the center of the East Village. The room has plenty of closet space, a balcony, air conditioner and room for a dresser/desk. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with a dishwasher and shared closet for storage. Bathtub/shower with a lot of mirrors and toiletry space! The living room is also spacious especially for the East Village with a mounted TV, small dining table and reclining couch. It’s a 2nd floor walk up and the building itself is well kept.
