Hi,

I have 2 pomskies. They’re really friendly and social. Besides that, when I’m not traveling for work, I enjoy cooking at home, catching up on shows, and heading out for padel/pickle ball, yoga, and similar activities.

Ideally, I would like to be friends with the people I live with, but I’m happy to oblige and keep things formal as well. Looking for a female roommate between 25-35 that is going to keep common spaces clean. Seeing as I am out of town a lot, I need a roommate that is communicative. I am okay with almost anything but a headsup is all I ask for.

Non-negotiable for me:

1. Subletting: Okay, but with 2 degrees of separation. No total strangers living in the house. If a friend or a friend of a friend needs a place and you want to sublet your space, feel free. I understand it’s a great way to optimize finances but since I am out of town so much, I don’t want to have to worry about my things.

2. Other animals: No. Mine are friendly, but I find that most apts have a 2 pet limit and besides that 3 animals in a small space is a lot.

About my space:

I currently have a lease at Stuytown on 14th. It’s a 3 bedroom (1 flex) with 1 bathroom. The room becoming available is going to be $1800-1850 (depending on if they let me keep my current rate or if a new lease will change the numbers by 100-250 total). I would prefer to stay put and release here, but at the end of the day I need a reliable roommate and if that means moving, then that’s what’s going to happen.
