Corner bedroom available in our 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 25th floor of The Paramount (680 Mission St), in SoMa right at the FiDi border. Available September 1, 13-month lease through late September 2027.
The room: 14'8" x 14' (about 205 sqft / 19 m2), corner room with windows on two sides, big closet, afternoon sun, oak floors.
The apartment: 1,166 sqft, fully renovated, nice kitchen with quartz counters, in-unit washer/dryer. Setup is the two of us plus you: Paul has the second bedroom, Daniel turns part of the large living room into his sleeping area with a divider, and the corner bedroom is all yours. There are 2 full bathrooms, and the second one is right outside your door, so in practice it would be yours alone.
The building: heated outdoor lap pool with sun deck, two rooftop terraces on the 40th floor with heated seating, fire pit and grill station, full gym plus yoga studio, 24-hour attended lobby and concierge. If you drive, there is a garage in the building, rented separately from the garage operator for around $375 a month.
Location: Yerba Buena, the museum corner of SoMa where FiDi starts. SFMOMA and Yerba Buena Gardens around the corner, cafes and green space everywhere, 7-minute walk to Salesforce Park.
