I am a retired recently divorced fit and active guy, father of three grown adult professional children who all live within 30 mins from me. Am very easy to get along with, with a good balance between energetic and chill. I love to cook, eat healthy, and if you're on - or familiar with - the carnivore or Keto diet, all the better.

Though I haven't had a roommate to share my living space with in a very long time, I don't imagine any issues, except maybe getting used to it all over again since my college days. Why am I considering taking in a roommate? Honestly, because my finances are a bit tighter than I had planned right now, due to my recent divorce and the high rent at this luxury complex. My interest in staying here another few years ( moved in last June '23 ) is mostly for two reasons: to be able to offer a beautiful pool to my grandkids, and I needed and needed a comfortable "transition" home from my married life.
