Hello, I am a mature, cleanly, friendly woman who has lived in nyc for 2 years. I’m looking for a roommate to move into an apartment in Brooklyn with, ideally in Williamsburg, bedstuy, or Bushwick. I am an attorney practicing employment discrimination. I am an extremely compassionate, open minded person and I think that I am a good roommate. I do have expectations for keeping shared areas clean, which is important to me, but I’m not someone who keeps everything looking perfect all the time. I am understanding and am looking for someone with similar ideals for how we keep our space. I have a small dog who is 2. He is a little nervous around new guests, so I’m looking for someone who is willing to give me a heads up when they bring guests over so that I can make my dog feel comfortable and create a welcoming experience for everything. I hope to spend 1500 on my part of the rent and hope to find someone who can spend the same or slightly less.
