My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our, modern duplex apartment in Bushwick. Move-in is October 1st (with the possibility of a mid-September move-in if needed), and you’ll be joining the lease — we’re not seeking a sublet at this time.
💸 Rent: $1400/month + utilities (Con Ed + Fios, split evenly)�🔐 Move-in costs: First month’s rent + one month security

We’re in a prime location on Central Ave, Bushwick — a 10-minute walk to the JMZ & L trains, and surrounded by great bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The block is quiet but super connected.
About us:
Shola (he/him) – Mid-30s, Nigerian-American, born and raised in NYC. I work as an account executive by day and am a rock/metal musician by night. Huge fan of Japanese rock/metal (visual kei), anime, gaming, and fitness. I’m usually at the gym a few nights a week and enjoy a social drink and weed on occasion. No Hard Drugs �
Nick (he/him) – Early 30s, Irish-American, also a NYC native. He manages several liquor/wine stores and is a big-time gamer and wrestling fan. Loves going to shows, chilling on Discord with friends, and has a wicked sense of humor. Light drinker, weed-friendly, no hard drugs.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone emotionally mature, ideally 26+, with stable, verifiable income. Clean, respectful, and ready to contribute to shared responsibilities (cleaning, dishes, restocking communal items, etc.). Hygiene is a must — we all pitch in to keep the space welcoming.
