We have a room for rent in a house located in the heart of Arleta. My elderly mother(68), sister(39) and I(37) are the other three occupants. You would have access to kitchen and laundry. Shared bathroom with my sister, hence a female will be preferred, Street parking in a quiet neighborhood. We have lived here for 8 years and the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. A mini fridge and T.V in your room is available if wanted, You will be signing a “Squatters Addendum” along with lease to avoid complications. You will also have a choice between month-to-month lease or a 6 month lease. Look forward to hearing from possible roomies. We good people, so be cool too.
