November 1st move in.
Hi all, looking to fill out a room to renew a year lease in a 4 bed / 2 full baths starting November 1st! The apartment is located in Kips bay court (Kips Bay/Murray Hill), it’s at 28th and 2nd Ave.
Target right in the building, only a ~5 min walk to Trader Joe's, ~5 min walk to the 4 / 6 trains, ~3 min walk to Fairway and AMC, ~10 min walk to K-town/East village and a variety of bars and restaurants in the area!
