Your room is very spacious, can fit a queen size bed with a 55inch TV and multiple bookshelves and still have lots of room. Own parking spot. Laundry is in the building. The apartment complex is in a neighborhood with mostly houses so its pretty quiet. My building is so chill, lots of mixed ages live here and I haven't gotten one complaint! I also need a roommate who is all about EQUALITY, no haters lol.
Move in date is September 20TH with a deposit of $1,500. Then normal month to month rent will be $950. Such an amazing deal for such a huge space.
