Kristi L - $900/month

My name's Kristi Lise and I'm a 22 yr old getting my masters in behavioral neuroscience at Queen's College. I'm looking to move to Astoria, Queens this fall, hopefully by September 1st. I'd ideally like to spend $800 per month on rent, but will go up to $900 if I have to. I'm open to having 1 or 2 or even 3 other roommates. I do have to look for a pet friendly place, as I have a very well behaved pet bunny (not a cat). Most likely I would keep the rabbit confined to my room, as I'm doing in my parents home now. I'm hoping to find an apartment within a reasonable walking distance from the subway, as I'll need to go into the city at least 2 days per week to work in my lab. I'm open to roommates of all genders/sexualities/ages etc. It would be nice to find roommates who want to be friends, but if you're not looking for that I'm okay with that too, as long as you're respectful and at least moderately clean lol. I don't smoke 🌿, but I don't care if my roommates do as long as its not in the apartment. I drink socially and occasionally at home. I like to go out but I can be a homebody too, it varies depending on what I have going on.
