My name is Steve. I'm originally from Ohio and came to New York by way of Washington, D.C. I went to school there and stayed after. I moved to Jersey for law school, and I moved into New York in 2004. I lived in East Harlem and now live in Riverdale in the Bronx.

I'm a gwm with a partner of 19 years. We don't live together. He's studying in Canada for his PhD. I go there to visit. He seldom, if ever, comes to the US.

I love to read, play/watch hockey, and cook. I especially like to cook for other people. I'm a fairly quiet person. I don't watch much tv and prefer to hang out at a coffee shop or local bar. I go to bed rather late and try to get up rather early. I'm trying to change this. I don't smoke anything. However, I'm 420-friendly. I like good beer and good wine.

I try to be easy-going and go with the flowish.

I know I seem a bit older, but I'm not a geezer, and look (and I think act) less than my age.
