Well furnished luxury apartment near foundry with all great amenities . We got great view 10th floor, Pool, hot tub, gym , dog park , foundry market bars and restaurants in 1 min walking distance.

I’m a working professional work from home and clean friendly reliable person. Easy to get along. I enjoy my evening with workouts and weekends going out . We will be splitting the rent . It’s 2000$ in total but I can accept 600-1000$ depending on your situation. I’m looking to save some money. I took care of the deposit and the lease is for 13 months. I have space available — your own private bedroom and I’m looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and clean. Must be okay with dog (mine is friendly and part of the family!) Important note - Roomate will have to be added to the lease . It’s a process with background check and simple application.
