I found a great 2 bedroom in a brand new building with a 2 months free special and I was looking for a roommate to share the lease with. Move-in costs for each person is $500 with app, admin fees and deposit. I work 5-6 days a week and I am very laid back and clean. I have 1 small dog that is very potty trained and super quiet. Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment for ASAP move-in. My old roommate just backed out on me because of his girlfriend. I found a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt at a brand new building that is offering 2 months free. Total move-in costs ate $500 each.
