This is a 4 bedroom South Loop loft and we are looking for 1 female roommate. The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central heat/air. There are 2 bathrooms and you would need to share with 1 other person. The unit is fully furnished excluding the room for rent and they are rather large. The rooms have a full closet. We do not have very many people over especially during COVID, so not a party friendly place outside of our annual new years event. We are looking for a liberal/democrat who is easy going as we are very chill in our late 20's. Unit is THC friendly. We have one 6 month house trained labradoodle who is hypoallergenic, non-shedding, and quiet.
