I’m a friendly, open-minded creative, ambivert. I live by the golden rule and respect & responsibility are key. I have a spacious 1270 square foot 2bdr/2bathroom apt. The common spaces are furnished (living and dining room). The open bedroom for rent has a private bathroom and walk-in closet w/ shelves.
I pay all bills in total in a timely manner, never late , never behind. My work schedule is M-F 9a-6p. I like to keep to myself for the most part, but very personable. Female or gay male roomies only pls 🤗 for safety reasons.
Looking to secure a roommate before the holiday season gets into full swing. Pictures don’t really do this nice 1270 sq. ft. living space justice so I’m open to giving a virtual tour prior to making decision.
There are two pools, a state-of-the-art gym with 24hr access. It’s a quiet, SAFE, private community with 3-gated entrances/exits. The apartment complex overall is pretty large spanning a whole block. It’s next to Mercer University and down the st.from FBI headquarters Atlanta division.
