new place to stay. Ideally looking to live with one or more folks.
Month to month or fixed term lease are both good.

Need:
- Access to washer & dryer unit
- 1 parking spot

Bonus points if:
- There is easy access to a bike path (e.g Stevens Creek Trail/Permanente Creek Trail)
- Place allows pets/you own a pet.
- Near grocery store and/or gym
- There exists some form of AC

Other:
- Love everything outdoor related
- Real chill and easy going
- Non-smoker
