I am considering renting one of my bedrooms in my home. I live in a quiet neighborhood in the Viewmont area of Hickory. I will require first month’s rent, along with a security deposit equivalent to the first month’s rent paid upfront.

Tenant’s space: A furnished bedroom including a closet, a private bathroom, and access to an outdoor storage building. You will also have a carport for parking. Current room and bathroom decor can be removed upon request.
