I am actually posting this to help fill MY spot in our home. I am leaving mid October. Your potential roomie is awesome, she is a 35/F. Great cook, hiker, loves to try new restaurants and go out dancing sometimes. She works hard during the week and likes to relax by taking care of her plants or watching TV with the roomie :)

HI All!
I am looking to fill my room in my gorgeous two bedroom by the end of October (I'll be leaving by Oct. 22nd, room can come partially furnished if you like - large mirrored dressor, bedside dressor, lamp, pretty new queen sized bed and mattress ).
I live with one other amazing roomie (35/f).
The house is big, has a backyard, washer dryer downstairs, in San Francisco excelsior district. Landlord requires year lease, credit check, and first and last month.
The rent is $1400 per month, plus utilities
