Looking for a non-smoking female student.
Hello! We are 3 girls in our 3rd/4th year in UOttawa looking for another girl to room with, as one of our roommates move out. We are good friends who appreciate shared living in community, but also prioritize our studies. We would love to make a new friend. We also have a lovely friendly cat living with us :).Muslim and LGBTQ2S+ Friendly!
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with 2 girls sharing a room. It is 20 mins away from school near multiple bus lines which will take you downtown. 35 mins walk to school. You would have your own room. Great location near supermarkets and a big park !
The room has a big closet and a lot of space, with new flooring :)
Heating, AC, and Water is included in the rent (740$/month) We split the Hydro and wifi, which amounts to about 30-40$/month.
The vibes of our apartment are cozy and warm; we all love to dance and make music, play video games, crochet.
We have a cleaning schedule and value communication a lot.

Bonjour ! Nous sommes trois filles en 3e/4e année à l’Université d’Ottawa et nous cherchons une autre colocataire, car l'une de nos colocataires s'en va. Nous sommes de bonnes amies qui apprécient la vie en communauté tout en donnant la priorité à nos études. Nous serions ravies de faire une nouvelle rencontre. Nous vivons aussi avec un chat adorable et sociable :) Nous sommes ouvertes et accueillantes envers les personnes LGBTQ2S+ et musulmans !
L'appartement comprend 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Deux filles partagent une chambre. Il est situé à 20 minutes de l’université en bus, près de plusieurs lignes de transport en commun qui mènent au centre-ville. L’université est à 35 minutes à pied. Vous auriez votre propre chambre. Super emplacement, proche de supermarchés et d’un grand parc !
La chambre a un grand placard et beaucoup d’espace, avec un nouveau plancher :)
Le chauffage, la climatisation et l’eau sont inclus dans le loyer (740 $/mois). L’électricité (Hydro) et le Wi-Fi sont partagés, pour environ 30 à 40 $/mois.
L’ambiance de notre appartement est chaleureuse et conviviale ; nous aimons danser, faire de la musique, jouer à des jeux vidéo, et faire du crochet.
Nous avons un planning de ménage et accordons beaucoup d’importance à la communication.
