It has a private entrance, a private bathroom, and a door that is connected to the main CO-LIVING space that includes a kitchen and living area. This is not a private home - it is entirely for CO-LIVING guests, professionals, and those from around the world. The views in this unit are spectacular at night.

This listing is for Unit-A "En Suite Casita" of the BoHe (Boyle Heights) Bungalows. This unit has a view of downtown Los Angeles. These units are exceptionally private and are tucked away behind the main home -- they are not visible on the main street.

Unit A has a Queen-Bed (with an option to add a separate bed in lieu of sofa). This unit has a private key entrance. Private bathroom. You can connect to the main Co-Living Space that includes Kitchen and Living. This is a PRIVATE unit. Outdoor laundry area is included.

We have other units which vary in pricing.

Just 5-minutes from the LA Arts District (walking is approx 30 min) are our BoHe (Boyle Heights) bungalows. We have outdoor patio chairs and benches all have WIFI access and outside outlets for NOMAD life or that coffee shop outdoor experience.

*While our units are ready for move-in, we are still doing minor remodeling and revisions to the property. We are doing a soft launch and accepting CO-LIVING guests to this property in September of 2026.
