I have recently bought a beautiful spacious house about 30 minutes from downtown Houston. I will not be at the house often (maybe 4 nights per month) and will mostly using a room there for storage and for visiting family in Houston. Basically you will have the house to yourself. Additionally, if we do end up interacting, I am an easy going and empathetic guy that enjoys reading, working out, and videogames. Also, if you help me rent one of the smaller rooms for 500$ a month I will drop your rent to 900$ a month.

The property is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a backyard and nice open floor plan. I (the owner) will only be using rooms in the property on occasion (maybe 4 times a month) and I am offering the master bedroom for 1000$ a month. For this price you get full reign of the kitchen, living room, backyard, and garage. Essentially you will have the house to your self. If I do manage to rent one of the other rooms and you end up having to share the space I will lower the rent to 900$ a month.
