I am leasing out 2 rooms in my house in carrollton. I live in the arbor creek neighborhood across from baylor on Josey. The house is 5 minutes from shops at legacy, 10 min from stonebriar mall. Very centrally located by most major highways. I am a hairstylist and i have a salon room built in my house that i work out of frequently. It is a very quiet neighborhood with cops patrolling alot so its always quiet and safe. The backyard is fully turfed, with an 8 ft security fence all the way around.

Looking for an honest hard working roomate that can pass a background check and pay $900 (for 2 rooms) plus bills comfortably. I will not rent out just 1 room unless you pay $700 for 1 room.

Landlord requires 3 professional references as well. This would be ideal for a single parent or someone with no kids. There are 2 good size rooms, full bathroom and storage space..all upstairs. Both rooms have brand new carpet. I have a full boxing and mma setup in the garage that you will have access to. The house is kept very clean and would expect that from you.
