There is currently one male roommate. 🙏🏼🤞 And renting out 2 bedrooms. He also likes to cook and likes to share in his cooking. Overall everyone should be laidback and likes to keep the house tidy in the common areas with respecting each other’s personal space.

You rooms are yours, but to keep the house in harmony, all potential roommates must understand we all team up💪🏻 to keep the home and the yard in good shape. 🩷 A roommate agreement will be in place so there is a core foundation for all of us to understand and so we can get to know each other a little - pizza/pasta night periodically 👍🏻
